Wind Farms talk | We will learn about the latest information on the renewable industries and about the installation of some of the off shore wind farms

Wattisham Airfield | A talk by the station commander on the history of the airfield, a briefing from the REME team on the Apache and a chance to see the Apache workshops. Limited to 25 and security clearance will be required. |

Sizewell B | This is our rearranged visit for 2010. We have permission to visit but are waiting for confirmation dates. This may also give an opportunity to visit the Long Shop Museum at Leiston and even a lunch at the Vulcan Arms depending upon schedules at Sizewell

Mildenhall | We have applied for permission to visit the Tanker Refuelling section of the USAF at Mildenhall.

| September 8th | Sackers | Sackers have the latest state of the art recycling equipment. They have made huge investments in the past few years and will be installing an additional new unit just prior to our visit. See latest News

Oct | Airbus
|
We looking towards putting together a programme that will involve a visit to the Toulouse factory of Airbus and will include a ladies visit to the historical, shopping and café scenes of the same city. The logistics of doing this are particularly difficult; like nothing else we have ever organised. We have therefore moved the date to the Autumn.
